you were already seeming to have a bad day when you came into the shop. Energy was completely off. we as humans all have bad days nobody's perfect. you've been coming to me for years now, and you know just like the rest, if you want 2 strands/ropes, Pin Up, Buns etc . You must book the correct desired style when booking online because every service takes a different amount of time. you did book for a basic style which is not what you showed me at all. that particular day I was unable to squeeze you in for such complicated style it would be too time consumin. But be sure to tell the ppl that this is something you do quite often and I always manage to give you what you want no matter how much it’ll push me back on being late for my next client. So going forward you have to do better because that’s not fair to the next client. I was running behind schedule so I did what u booked…i actually took a video of your hair and showed it to you, which is when you mentioned the back not being 2 stranded. that’s when I told you, you booked for a basic style. I felt as though you were trying to get over, and play as if you didn’t know the policy which I always manage to still break for you, this was the first time I told you I didnt have the time, and now your on here playing victim telling ppl how u felt humiliated, and that I didn’t acknowledge u at all after that. which you, and I both know that’s not true at all any long time client of mine can vouch for that .
