I wanted to “big chop” my hair and just start all over ...because it seemed beyond repair to me but I met Mrs Taiwo and she asked me questions, she wanted to understand my reasons and began to educate me and give me alternatives. She blew my mind and TRANSFORMED the hair I had given up on. After shampooing and deep conditioning my hair, she gave me a trim and evened out my hair without doing the big chop. I am so grateful! Terrible. I received a color service that was completely different from what I requested. The stylist did not follow any of the instructions I provide...d after showing a picture and the results were unacceptable. I communicated my concerns during the appointment and the stylist became unprofessional and dismissive. The service left my hair looking crazy and will now require professional correction. She didn’t blend the bleach at all and I asked for HIGHLIGHTS. It literally looks like she just slapped bleach on my hair. She acted like she knew what she was doing and she clearly DOES NOT. Then she accused me of not having the money and not wanting to pay when all I told her was that I’m not paying full price for doing something we did not agree on and messing up my hair. She was trying to charge me $270 for something I could’ve done myself blindfolded. It’s scary when stylists act like they’re really good at something when they’re NOT. I’m so mad and really should not have been charged at all for this horrible job. Don’t go here. Show more
