THE REAL STORY: I am a returning client of AD and booked on same day of the outrageous comment below👇. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and 30 mi...nutes to get in the chair because Ivan(comment below) was having an “unsatisfactory experience” and quickly assumed it was because of his sexual orientation. All I heard was courtesy, professionalism, and a level-headed response to the terrible things Ivan was saying to AD. Critiquing his abilities is one thing, which is false anyway, but making it about discrimination is a terrible misrepresentation of what happened… AD saw him having a problem with the cut, presented multiple solutions, explained how it would look after, but bro was not letting him do his job!💯 He was not even charged and walked out with a free cut! Unfortunately the reviews led me to believe this barber had a real work ethic and mastery of his craft, however he was pretty rude, disrespectful, jud...gmental, played in my hair instead of giving me the cut I wanted. It give discriminatory due to my being gay; bc everyone else he went above and beyond for but when it came to my simple “low-fade” Mr. blendzzz decided he wanted to hurry up and rush and get it done and forget how to do one all of a sudden. Not taking his time. Unprofessional and tactless. The BBB will definitely be hearing from me. Mr. Blendzzz better Blend himself a new attitude and maybe a new customer service approach. I ended up walking out before the cut was finished due to discomfort and unsatisfactory performance. 1 star bc that’s as low as it’d go but truly negative points here for being an all around harrowing experience.
