A young lady, seems to know what she wants, but in my case, didn't place me first... Being a first time client and have never had this type of service... before, i explained my 4c hair, and having an event coming up, I didn't want my hair to revert... She stated it may last 3-4 days, than later say about a week... I ask how to maintain and sustain? She said that all i needed to do is wrap it, nothing else.. i have you to know for $100.00, it last Only that day. She said that she was going to send me a list of products that i needed... I have not received anything... I waste money... Ask was recommended to me by someone else, so this review will tell her my experience..

Hi, Ms. Denise, first and foremost, I would like to apologize for your experience with AriJhair. As a stylist, it is my #1 priority to put my clients first. However, I do believe it was a misunderstanding regarding the longevity of your silk press. During your service, we discussed how long your silk press could potentially last due to your hair not being heat trained. Also, I stated my recommendations for silk press at home maintenance which was wrapping, using a frizz control product, and a light weight based product for dry scalp. Furthermore, my price is set based on the quality, care, and long-lasting results that I deliver. I appreciate your feedback and concern. Thank you!
