O Hi Michelle I figured this was coming from your end as to why you never responded to my message. I explained in my message that the app booked your appointment and my other client at the same time. The client in my chair appointment was the one that showed on my end at 330pm. Confused absolutely I knew for a fact I had a 6pm client. That's why when you showed me I responded ok give me a min. Yes, I asked your choice of style also. You left within 12 minutes, so not saying anything within 10 minutes would be inaccurate due to me asking for your style choice. Guess I wasn't quick enough for you because I wanted to step aside from my client to communicate to give you full attention. I will have this issue resolved with customer service so it doesn't happen again. Yes, when you left I sent you a message because I'm still working on my client. I apologized for your time and let you know that your time would be accommodated for if you would like another appointment for the next day or your next appointment. I'm not a stylist that over books. Everyone that comes to me, they don't wait they are in my chair the time of their appointment. Thank for your great review.
