I understand timing took too long but one u booked the wrong service for your kids. 2 there hair was not combed out or cleaned before the service. So I took my time so that I would not hurt them when combing out there and also applied tonic to help clean the hair. Even so your second child still cried from the pain moved slower so he wouldn’t get hurt. 3 you booked the appointments in between another appointment. I understand that it took long but there were reasons for that. I also expressed that the timing bc of earlier appointments. But anyway I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for coming through. God Bless🙏🏿
