Although I want to be understanding unfortunately I can’t because I don’t like or respect my time being waisted! I arrived to the residential street w...here the navigation took me 15 mins early to my appointment. I began to call the number on her profile and she kept sending the call to voicemail. I texted her to inform her I was her 2:10 appointment she texted me back and stated she meant to text me a tree fell on her house yesterday morning and she also had moved locations so she can’t do my hair today or tomorrow. As someone who’s been a service provider for over 20 years this is unacceptable. I left church early to make sure my kids were situated before my appointment. Not to mention the drive was no where near my home. Show more

good evening, unfortunately my house was destroyed and almost lost my life less than 24 hours within your appointment time. I lost everything I owned and although my clients and customer are my priority, It slipped my mind to updated everyone as I was copping and trying to understand everything going on as I sent to you in the text. But I do not expect you to understand unless you are in my shoes. I did mention I would not be doing hair TODAY and tomorrow I will start back. Thank you anyways for considering to book. For future clients and potential customers, to never receive a bad review and to receive this at a time like this is very inconsiderate I am human and am hurt by this but God will make a way!
