Don't get me wrong I love the work that she does! Her time management and getting to work on time has slacked BIG TIMEEE! This was the last time my so...n would be seeing her! For the past two times, he has seen her she was very late! I mean I get to the shop ten minutes before his scheduled appt and she either has someone else in her chair or not there! I waited two hours for my son to be serviced today and the last time he came to see her! She is very Inconsiderate and doesn't care about anyone else time! I work m-f I don't want to be sitting in no darn shop all day on Saturday! She is good with her hands but if you have anything to do on a Saturday morning or afternoon you might as well well as cancel those plans! And she doesn't text you to let you know she is running behind! But her boss does check on you to make sure you heard from her if not she will contact her for you! Idk what is going on but I will not being bringing my son back after today I sat in that shop from 1145-340pm. Show more

Sorry for the experience. I try my best to communicate to all my clients everytime it's an inconvience. Today, I had a late client that pushed me back. I meant to text you way before the appointment, just didn’t send due to trying to work. I let you know that after appointment. I have to still make sure all clients are satisfied and not rush my work. You can always express to me any issues, I would’ve gave you a discount or anything if you would’ve let me know. I care about all my clients and they time. I’m only a person. Trying to do my job best way I can.
