It is less than 24 hours since my appointment and my loc extensions are coming out. Thank goodness I know how to install them so I was able to reattac...h the ones that fell out. But imagine spending almost $200 and still having to do your own hair. Aside from that she was a very nice young lady, very professional, isn't rough at all, and gives water. She is amazing with a wash and retwist but if you're looking for real crochet work in Cleveland you may want to keep searching like me. Show more
