Hello Yatta. I'm so sorry with what happened yesterday. I cancel on you because I cannot control nature. My girl that was supposed to do your hair when home thirty minute before your appointment sick very sick. At that point what was I supposed to do? Let you come in and sit for nobody to do your hair. I call you to let you know the same minute she was leaving. To me I thought I was trying to solve this situation. Instead of letting you drive all the way to come before I tell you. That sorry I can't do your hair. I was left there by myself. Having my own customer getting her done that will take me long time. I asked for you to reschedule friday after thanksgiving but you never responded to me. At this point what should I do. I guess I am too honest for people to like. My apology again. Thank you for stopping at the shop. I will honestly contradict your comment on the salons' boosky account. In the first place, you gave an account of $36 for the cornrows you booked for, which doesn't reflect the prize listing in the salons boosky account. The only hairdo on the account at $35 is dread repair and not even near to what you wanted. Secondly, you claim there was no hairstylist at the salon at the time you walked in...this claim isn't true. You met a hairstylist at the shop, and she was working on another customer while there was another hairstylist sitting and waiting on new or available customers. She received you, and you both were not in agreement with what you wanted to do. As a result of the disagreement you left and stepped out and made a uturn, threatening the hairstylist with your mobile phone in your hand telling her if she doesn't do your hair, you will go and comment on the salons boosky account. The hairstylist asked if that was a threat, and your response was, "If that was a threat, you were going to threaten but her life." This scared the customer the hairstylist was working on. The customer is willing to testify against your comment. Your threatening behavior couldn't even let the other hairstylist who was sitting and waiting to even do your hair. It's at the salons discretion to decline services to customers who are a threat to hairstylists and their customers.
