I was a first time customer for Ivan; I selected him on the strength of the reviews of similar customers. I wanted someone skilled but also familiar w...ith cutting African American men’s hair. It was also important that they cut my hair the way I have requested, not how they want to cut it. Ivan Blends nailed it on every item. He took the time at the beginning to ask me what I was after, and asked follow up questions to ensure we were on the same page. He made some suggestions, but only proceeded with what we agreed to. He takes his time, and makes sure he is meeting my expectations, checking along the way. And he does this with courtesy and respect. I have a new barber!👍🏾 Show more
