I made an appointment for 10 AM. At 10:15, no one had arrived yet, and I hadn't heard anything, so I called the number in the Booksy. I wasn't given a... name by whomever I spoke to. They informed me they were running a little late. They arrived around 10:36 AM. Fortunately, there were 3 of them so they finished quickly. But this was my first time using this company, and while my car looked great afterward, the lack of professionalism bothered me. I'm unsure if I would use them again; it was a bad first impression.
