First time booking, seem like a professional barber, unfortunately didn’t go how I expected. We travel an hr to this location, waited 2hrs, we try con...tacting him several times. I understand things happened, but we rely on his service and we expected him to be at the shop knowing he had an appointment. Owner of barbershop apologized and because of the long ride we kept waiting. We felt like the apology from Bryan wasn’t enough, working in customer service we try to make sure client feels good and appreciated specially for the long wait we did. I felt my son’s haircut was rushed he didn’t even take the hour we payed for. My son’s haircut was ok, but definitely wasn’t worth our money, time and drive. I know his leaving NY and maybe he felt he didn’t have to establish accountability for the situation which for me tells a lot about his work ethics. I do wish him the best, but he should be more concerned about the way he handles situations like this because I know I’m not the first or last disappointed client.
