Rich was professional since the jump giving me a heads up he was going to be running late, good vibes and nice environment all around. since the hairc...ut started you could right away tell and notice the attention to detail by far the best cut I’ve ever had hands down it’s nice to see someone dedicated to his craft like he is and wants to deliver a satisfactory cut every time with ever client, take his time but that’s because he wants to get everything looking right and not rushed.
