not a bad service at all I just wasnt consulted at all about what i wanted done. Dont get me wrong Cesar did great just wasn't at all the outcome i ho...ped for. the lines are great..the length, lack of fade in, and overly arched eyebrows not so much. I wish i had just told him until it was correct but I dont annoy people with razors on my face Show more
