Thanks for your review, however all of my clients are contacted once booked, also I am stationed at two different locations which all of my clients know of (New or Old). One location is private and the next is publicly. You’re the only one with this issue and unfortunately you didn’t properly book your appointment to be serviced. Again thanks for your time & feedback, but bad or poor customer service is something I don’t do ☺️
