Tonya and all the staff were very professional. It was our first time here and they made us feel very welcome as an adopted mom of a child of a differ...ent race they made me feel very comfortable and answered my many questions. My son got his hairstyle for the first time in a salon, and they were very kind and gracious with him as well. I also appreciated that there was a barber who was a man in the shop. I think that made my son feel more comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to get your hair styled or cut and we will definitely be going back.

I am sorry that you have the feelings that you have. During your consultation, I referred you to a physician and dermatologist, that is where you should start to make sure everything is ok internally. I am not a doctor but as a cosmetologist I am trained to see certain things but it is my job to refer you to the right hands. I cannot give you a regimen without knowing what I am dealing with. Once you get a diagnosis you are welcome to come and begin the proper treatments.

Nice atmosphere, But I was disappointed in the service I received. Right off the bat, she looked at me and said that there will be a $10 charge onto m...y total because of the length of my hair. (My hair is collarbone length straightened) I would in fact say that the silk press was not a silk press. My hair was still quite puffy and the style did not even last a full 24 hours. My hair looked like it had been blown out, but no flat iron/ silk press. (I’ve had silk presses in the past and they lasted me weeks) I find her prices to be quite high for a silk press. Before the up charge, it was supposed to be $110. My appointment was set at 12:30 pm, I didn’t leave until about 2:55. I feel that is quite a long time for a silk press. For most people, it takes him an hour, hour and a half at most. With the up charge, and the tip I left it totaled out to be $135. It’s not always true, that you get what you pay for.
