I was expecting my braids to be anchored at the ends to prevent unraveling. Also, when I tell a braider about an experience I had with another braider... and they do the same thing, I won't give a 5 star review. Show more

Today Favor wasn’t feeling well. She was willing to do my hair but asked if it would be okay if her Auntie performed the service instead. I agreed. Au...ntie is just as sweet and professional as Favor. She listened to how I wanted my hair braided and did an amazing job. I am 100% comfortable booking an appointment with either. My daughter’s hair looks absolutely amazing. They did a great job and I will definitely return. They have a regular customer in me. However, this was ...my first time there and my appointment was at 10 a.m, the client before me arrived late so she pushed mine back to 11:30. I didn’t leave the salon until like 3:30. I think maybe because the client was one of her regulars but, late policy should be if someone shows up late, that appointment should be canceled so it doesn’t affect the others after. But I don’t expect that to happen often, so I was patient and showed some grace because things happen. But overall, they are very kind and friendly, very welcoming and professional. They have a regular customer in me, if they will have me. Awesome job. Show more
