Very seldom do I allow others to do my hair, but I took a chance on Tympestt because she had an open spot and that was the only day I had off to get m...y hair done to celebrate my two year loc anniversary coming up soon.. I am SO glad that I went to her. She has great communication, great conversations, and she is very skilled in what she does. She answered all my questions and concerns about my hair and reassured me that my hair was healthy and that I was doing a good job. I even tried a new Loc style for myself & I absolutely love it. I was running behind on my appointment and communicated this w my stylist (tympestt) she was... very patient and welcomed me as soon as I stepped in. I had a few questions about what I was getting done and she extended her patience once more and helped walk me through my options and find what's best for me.
