I’ve always kept my word to respect my clients time. Out of the 28 appointments I’ve missed only 2, and it was from missing my alarm. Ive always messaged you directly and apologized and always communicated with you to reschedule the appointment to resolve the issue. Every cut ive given you always had quality, we both know that. There’s no reason to leave a 2/5 when I’ve always communicated with you and always provided a great cut and service. Please let me know how to change this review.
