Sorry you didn’t get the haircut you had hoped for. I wish you had said something when I asked if all was good on top before I had moved forward with the cut. Also the picture you initially showed me was way shorter than your hair, which is why I did not cut the top at all. I did everything possible to get you as close to the reference without compromising your length. Unfortunately there must have been some miscommunication, which I sincerely apologize for.
