Victor did an awesome job retwisting my son’s Locs. He was very responsive to my son’s preferred style, and how he wanted them shaped and directed. ... What also stood out was that the way Victor performed the retwisting caused much less scalp discomfort than the times my son has had it done elsewhere. I am unsure how he reduced the pulling tension, but the technique was both more comfortable and resulted in a great look! I wanted to add a photo, but my son is picture-shy. Show more
