Resources for black hair care is limited in PNW. This shop has potential for being great but has to overcome some significant gaps. It’s not clean. Cl...utter, cobwebs, roaches.. Pricing is very inconsistent. The shampoo tech will quote 180, your stylist 250, then the owner will say 280. You’ll over hear similar complaints from other clients along with “well how much do you have”. The price isn’t a problem, it’s the inconsistency that makes it feel like a scam. Some of the braiders are more experienced than others so the quality is dependent on who you get, that being said if you don’t like something they fix it without hesitation. Don’t be afraid to speak up. I gave 3 stars because they are kind, hard working and honestly there aren’t many options. Go knowing this is not spa atmosphere

I don’t understand how this place can stay open, they don’t follow any cleaning protocol, the workers don’t speak English only the native language of ...where they are from which obviously are not from here, and they overcharge for a job poorly done, the manager is the only one who barely speaks English and she is the one who scams the customers, the service is the worst, among the workers they take charge one by one of doing the job they do wrong! I tried this place but I don’t recommend anyone to go, my extensions fell out instantly because of the poor work done by all of them because none of them are professional, it’s the worst and the time they keep it just because it is not to their liking is exaggerated, apart from the fact that they charge depending on the person they consider best for them. The braids were left open on purpose at the ends to make my work not last long and get ruined! I really hope the police investigate this place!

Where do I start? I got there at 10 o’clock in the morning. I did not leave till 5 o’clock in the evening, I showed them a picture of what I wanted. T...hey said they could do it couldn’t do. It didn’t have a clue they couldn’t figure out how to do it so I said for 2 1/2 hours waiting on their Auntiy to do you see the photos that to my hair nothing like I wanted it. It used to be really professional in that shop not anymore straight amateur hour very disappointed.
