Sandra insalled my full set in February and did an excellent job, i was very pleased. My first refill appointment, the tech was a no show, so I resche...duled my apt. My second refill went excellent. I arrived today for a refill and the tech is an hr late, and I have to reschedule to go back to work. So the morale of the story is they do great work when they show up. Show more

My dip manicure fell off in 4 days. I told Elizabeth that I was mad after my first dip with her fell off in 2 days. No other nail tech was available a...nd I already paid via Groupon. I gave Elizabeth another shot. She promised it would stay at least two weeks. Not even close. And after, she blames the school product. So I blame the school. Use better product and keep customers. I had an appointment scheduled for MLK Jr day. They called and told me they’d be closed, but never refunded my money. I was late to an appointment and... rescheduled, but they charged me for the reschedule and never refunded the original appointment. The third time I came, I brought my child. I was told he could not come back with me (every other establishment I’ve been to for lashes has allowed him to). They said they’d refund my money, but never did. They owe me $135! They have policies that aren’t posted such as late policy, reschedule policy and child policy. They tell you they’ll refund your money, but then they don’t. Do not trust them! Show more

I had a lash lift and tint done and honestly it doesn’t look even look like it was done besides my lashes being darker from the tint. I’ve had severa...l lash lifts done before and this one didn’t work. I don’t think she left the material on long enough to set before doing it again. Show more
