Hi Octavio, this appointment was marked as a no-show, as you left shortly (5 minutes) after the scheduled time and no service was completed. While occasional short delays can happen, I always do my best to stay on schedule and have never left a client unattended. I also understand that life happens and don’t take it personally when clients run late, extending the same respect and flexibility. If you’d like to reschedule, feel free to reach out.
