I booked a silk press with smoothing treatment for 2:30, Betina decided to move it forward to 1:00 and I let her know that I might not have time to de...tangle and wash my hair all the way through but I’ll try to make it. I made it on time (even a little earlier with washed and detangled hair) but she started my hair 30mins later, sitting in a chair while she does 2 other clients’ hair. When she finally got to me she was doing mine and those other two women’s hair so no my hair wasn’t being prioritized, she was doing 3 different stages in 3 different people’s hair. I was the last one to get in the chair (to get my hair pressed) and by this time it was in the chair she was rushing, her kids were calling asking when she’s coming home and so she was just snipping and straightening real fast.i got there at 1:00 and ended up leaving around Show more

So sorry Pooh I’m not the stylist for you and tried to hit below the belt to add my kids in your comment if they call a thousand times that's nobody business but mine. I could understand if they where in the room jumping on you just say you don't like kids lol. No I didn't rush on your hair I'm not the stylist that pick at one curl or rub on your head ALL day. The service you booked take at least 3 hours and yes 2 other people was here. While your hair was processing I wasn't going to have a seat with you and chew bubble gum. Anyone who get there hair done on the regular know you have to train your hair especially a silk press. This is your second silk press in life first one two years ago. Your hair was absolutely flawless when you left my hands what you do afterwards is on you. I took the time out to actually send a video how to maintain your hair. Baby those pictures are exactly 9 days later and you texted me last night around 10pm. To take a picture of 5 strands in a brush is CRAZY wk please ask Siri how many strands of hair shed daily! Very rude. God bless you baby girl!!
