Very unprofessional. It’s funny how if u cancel with in on day he will charge u the full hair cut but if he cancels u one hr before your hair cut u j...ust loose out your spot not only he cancelled one of my appointments he messed up my hair line up. When he canceled one of my appointments for my son he had said that if I still go for mine he will give me a discount once we were done he still charged me full price never again will I waist my time with this unprofessional barber. I literally explained to you how the cancellation fees work, not only that you were rushing me and telling me to hurry up, don’t come and blame me for your poor time management skills. And yes i canceled that appointment late and i waived the transaction since it was on my behalf.

Sat in lobby for 15 minutes waiting for my scheduled appointment at 7. I booked appointment 4 hours ahead. When the barber finishes up with the person... before me at 7:10 he told me he was double booked. The other person was not there yet, but the barber insisted I come back the next day.
