Disappointed,frustrated and angry! I left for the appointment and just halfway through I realized I forgot the braids and made a U-turn. Picked them a...nd realizing I was gonna be late I called to let them know I was running a little late. To my surprise the lady says she’s In Newyork and the hair salon was closed. I tell her I took some time off specifically for this hairdo appointment and I have an event to attend to tomorrow. I told her all the reasons why I picked this day to do my hair. She then promised she’d call her employee and get back to me. I waited for her call from 10:12AM till 10:54 she called and missed her call and I returned it. Immediately at 10:55 and she didn’t answer the phone up till now.I called her once again @11:34Am and still no answer. I’m here with-no hair done and I still have no idea why I wasn’t informed about the closure of business today. I wonder if this is acceptable Show more

Customer booked an appointment an appointment at 3:47pm, on the November 24th. At 11:03 pm on the 24th our team texted her this exact message ” Good evening Eunice! Apologies for texting so late. I just noticed your appointment with us for tomorrow at 10am. Unfortunately, we will be closed tomorrow! We will be back on Wednesday, let me know if you would like to reschedule.
