I schedule and appointment with 6 braids but unfortunately here it seems lack of professionalism and texting back late of getting updates last minute ...due to the “holidays” 😂😂😂 , That’s why I booked my appointment early on a Friday … She still seems unsure on what she’s doing 🤦🏾‍♂️.. Just be Clear and simple and not give last minute update . I don’t like my time being wasted especially If I have a trip to back homeeeeeee. Follow up with my refund please. Show more

⸻ Sir, On the day of your scheduled appointment, the power was out for several hours. You were notified HOURS in advance of the 3:00 PM appointment time. Please understand that neither I nor the salon owner had any control over when the city would restore power. As discussed, we mutually agreed to reschedule. Since you were unavailable at 6:00 PM the following day (Saturday), we then agreed on Sunday morning instead. While I was not able to confirm an exact time for Sunday morning immediately, this was due to actively accommodating other clients who were also affected by the storm or already scheduled. Despite this, I was still making every effort to adjust my schedule to accommodate you. Despite my policy stating NONREFUNDABLE deposits. I will be returning your $13.50 promptly.
