This was my second time going to this shop. The first time I was NOT happy because they told multiple people to arrive at 9:30 (including me) and I h...ad to wait for almost 4 hours to get my hair done. Mind you, it was my birthday snd of course I had plans so that was a major damper, however, I liked my hair. This time Salima did my hair, it's fine but I liked it better when the mother and daughter that were the first time did it. It's still cute but I just liked it better the first time. Show more
They messed my hair up! I got Micros and My hair is so big in the middle and thin and the top is small! I asked them to not make my hair look big in t...he back only the middle! I am pissed I paid $200 and it doesn't even look full at all! I showed her a picture and she said yeah it will be that full and it's not. I wouldnt have tripped if it was fuller, but it's thin! I found this salon online and was impressed with the amount of positive reviews that I read so I decided to give the shop a try. When I arrived, I was... asked what style I wanted which was odd, because upon scheduling my appointment I sent two photos of the style that I wanted along with the color that I wanted. Once again I showed the stylist the picture of my desired style and she goes to get the hair. When she returns she tells me that she does not have the color hair that I wanted. I scheduled this appointment almost 5 days in advance which means that the hair should have been available. I offer to go get my own hair and was told that she doesn't use outside hair. After looking for a color that I would like, I settled on color #33. Less than three hours later my knotless box braids are complete.That was quite fast for the style that I desired. However, I just thought this particular lady could braid extremely fast. I look at my hair in a small mirror that I was provided, pay and leave. When I get home, I noticed that the parts were so big and wide and the braids were so small. My hair looks nothing like the pictures that I provided, and to make matters worse the pictures that I provided came from the owners Facebook page and she described it as being her own work. I immediately called and texted the owner and have not heard anything back. Although the style is cute it is not what I asked for. The professionalism at this shop is inadequate to say the least and I would not recommend this shop at all. Show more
