I will start this by saying I’m a very detail oriented person, some would even call me picky Environment: welcoming, clean (including the bathroom),... there’s even a tv you can watch as you’re getting your hair done Customer service: booking was fast and easy. Communication was thorough. She’s very kind and pleasant. And she has a good energy (iykyk this is a big deal). She focused on my hair the entire appointment and this is something I appreciated most. There wasn’t a bunch of breaks or multitasking while doing my hair. Quality: I booked a “book the look” which was a feed-in ponytail. My braids are nicely sized. My parts are clean. She took her time ensuring the stitch was crisp and my braids are tight, but not “pull your edges out” tight. Lastly, my braids are full. I have 15 braids, which would typically cost about $150 but since it was a deal this week it was only $100. PLUG! I also got to see her work on some box braids she was doing and those too were super nice. She may have broken the iron triangle of quality, price, and customer service when it come to braiders in MN. Thank you Si Styles. I will 100% be coming back and recommending you to all my friends.
