If I could give her negative stars I would. Very rude and not understanding at all. I initially made my appointment later in the day because I had a h...air appointment at 11am with my usual girl but because this woman wanted to cram someone in after me (after hours) she made me move my appointment an hour and a half earlier than what was made it. So then in turn I had to switch my hair appointment to a new person instead of my regular girl. My hair appointment was at 8am and it should have only been a 3 hour appointment but the girl messed my hair up so I didn't get out of there until 3:07. When I checked GPS earlier it said it would take me 9 minutes but when I was finished speaking to the manager, I checked it again and it said I would be there in 18 minutes. I texted Dreamz and let her know I'd be there in 8 mins. She immediately said "I can't wait." I tried to explain that I had moved my hair appointment for HER and that I was literally there all day because the stylist messed my hair up. She didn't care at all and wouldn't give me a few minutes even though the whole situation was her fault! If you're looking for a nail person that's understanding and nice, look elsewhere! Show more

When people want to control other people's business and are rude with their vocabulary, they do this kind of thing. And besides, you are a client who made an appointment with me and canceled 15 minutes before and then made another account to make an appointment again and the confirmation moves according to availability and if you accept any change and do not arrive on time it is not my fault, my business has rules and from what I see you are not one to comply and you love to hurt others and after that you have never scammed at my table and I do not even know you, why do you talk like that about my business that I have with great sacrifice. as well as the rude woman who spoke to me rudely. like people like you, that is why they do not do well and nobody wants to serve them
