Sorry to hear that. Could you please explain what the problem was… I see the edit. But we took your son from almost 200 locs to under 80 and I checked with him every step of the way checking progress as we went to make sure he liked it and according him he did. No parts because he didn't want parts and started from free form. I'm sorry if you felt I was rude when we spoke you asked a question and I answered it. I feel I gave him what he asked for I don’t see anything coming down in the picture. I’d be willing to fix the issue if you want to bring him in yourself. Sorry we didn’t get to meet and our phone encounter was brief but I’m really a genuinely kind person. And you’re right I was was late by 6 min which is why you called and I answered to let you know I was around the corner (our only conversation) but I get it late is late. I do also have the process recorded if you’d like to see it’s on my ig.

I'm sorry you feel that way but my prices don't change; you were charged a late fee for being an hour late to your appointment on a busy weekend; And we discussed the late fee before the appointment. I'm also very timely, it's rare for me to get an appointment after my client. And I'm very personable; that's how I know you're from Waco, Tx where the prices are dramatically lower and it's a struggle for you to acclimate to the prices of things in San Diego; so I would do things like give you a free shampoo service( every appointment). I hope you do well with finding a new stylist in San Diego or wherever you find yourself next.
