I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 am that was confirmed through their booking site. While I acknowledge that I made the appointment the previous n...ight, the appointment was confirmed so I assumed a person was aware of it. I arrive at 9:30 am, and no one is there. I called the establishment twice and no one answered. Roughly 10 minutes later, the staff arrived. There was no apology or any type of customer service given. In fact, the person who I assume is the owner asked me if I was the person who called. I said yes, because I wasn’t sure if anyone was coming. Her response said was that her children didn’t want to wake up. As a parent, I get that, but I couldn’t understand why she wouldn’t just answer the call and let me know. Instead, she ignored both phone calls. Mid-way through my pedicure, the owner passed me off to another worker, with no communication. She just walked away. Then, I asked for acrylic on my big toe, and it was crooked. When I mentioned it to the person, he didn’t even see that it was crooked. I had to explain what I meant. Originally I scheduled a pedicure, full set, and eyebrow, but I left after the pedicure due to time constraints. I do not think I will go back, sadly. Show more
