Owner is passive aggressive and stylist who did my hair needs more experience. I had to walk her through my sew in. After just one week, I had to get ...it redone by a different person. Horrible experience. Follow up: After leaving my review based on my experience, the owner has proceeded to harass me and belittle me. They have made untrue statements as well. I did not tip as I did not like my hair. She also did not recommend treatments as she mentioned. She is unprofessional. No worries, I have reported you to Booksy, ma’am. Have the day you deserve.

Its amazing how you come to the salon with absolutely very little hair. One side of your hair had more hair than the other but you want to look like a picture of someone who has an actual hairline. You come to the salon with cheap hair and the stylist did the best she could with your broken, damaged hair. It is not our fault you didn't think enough of yourself to purchase 100% human hair instead of the cheap plastic hair you came to the salon with. If I am passive aggressive because I told you that you needed to have several treatments and a haircut to allow your hair a chance to grow healthier, then I guess I'm passive aggressive. People like you come to black own businesses to ruin there reputation but don't give the true facts regarding your experience. BTW, who gives a 20% tip to someone if they were not satisfied with there hair? Clearly you were happy with what the stylist did even though you didn't have much hair to work with!
