I apologized and offered to reschedule due to me having car trouble for you 9am appointment, you chose to wait and change your (line up) appointment to a (full haircut) and capitalize off the situation and did not tell me you didn’t intend on paying the difference until the end of the haircut. If your late you don’t give me a $30 fee (which is the difference between a line up and a haircut). If no conversation is had beforehand you can’t expect to be accommodated a free haircut on a busy Saturday morning. I’m sorry we couldn't have had this conversation in the shop surely I could have found a way to accommodate you as I have all my other 5star clients!
