It’s unfortunate that you feel you didn’t have a great experience! I pride myself on my customer service and educating my clients on hair care as you can see from my many 5 star reviews. You didn’t know how to explain your haircut at all. Didn’t know what a taper was or a fade which I was happy to explain for you during the first 5-10mins of your consultation I asked you for a picture to clarify which you could not produce. You asked for a low taper and wave length on top which came out great but the taper was completely unnecessary because you really wanted it all even but somehow could not convey that until finally finding a picture 20mins later in a 30 min appointment. A simple miscommunication on your part, you told me to fade the sides and didn't know what you were talking about but my job is to do what you say!!! I do not pick the clients haircut!! My advice to you is show the picture before the haircut and actually know what your barber does so you can actually articulate that to the next barber instead of blaming the barber and trying to tarnish my name and business for your lack of knowledge and understanding!
