The hair came out great and she was very nice. However, the reason why I’m giving her three star is because she reached out a little over an hour befo...re our appointment to let us know that she would have to quote us when we got there. I booked a re-twist and a style which was about $85.. After she quoted us It was $110 having to quote us isn’t the problem the problem was doing it an hour before the appointment.. when I had booked the appointment about a week in advance not sure why the price is raised really high when my son‘s hair short it is thick but short. But again, she did a great job. It’s just that was kinda unprofessional and could have been very inconvenient with that short notice. Show more

Client explained that single braids ...all around wasn’t what she wanted although that was what was booked…it was explained and confirmed how the style was wanted and the specific style to book it under.
