Tay has very sweet, positive energy, and is always ready when we arrive for our appointment. She cuts exactly as I ask her to, and doesn’t mind being ...flexible if we wanna switch it up/ask for changes to be made. My son (7) was skeptical at first, bc "she's a girl!" (lol), but after his first cut, he was happy enough to request her again. Highly recommend! 🙂
