I arrived at my appointment time, on time, and was told she was running 15 minutes behind, i said fine no problem. 15 minutes go by and i an still wai...ting, i waited an EXTRA 25 minutes on top of that (40minutes past my appointment time) and I’m still waiting. After 40 minutes i had to walk out. I find my time valuable and unfortunately this place doesn’t. I understand people run behind, but 40minutes and i was on time is not acceptable, i was suppose to be a first time client and now i wont have my nails done for an important event.
