I booked a line-up service ($20) and asked for a simple mustache trim, which the barber said would be an extra $5 — fair enough. But before we even go...t to that point, I noticed my line-up wasn’t clean, especially in the corners. I understand I’m a little light in that area, but it was noticeably less straight than when I walked in, with a visible bulge that wasn’t there before. When I brought it up, instead of trying to fix it or at least acknowledge my concern, he got defensive and told me I was already light in the corners — basically dismissing the issue. That’s not how you handle client feedback. Despite that, I still sent $30 (even though the service + mustache trim should have been $25 based on his own posted prices). But then, before I left, he asked for another $5. I calmly explained the math and that I wasn’t happy with the line-up, but again, he denied anything was wrong and doubled down that the problem was just my hairline. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make it right is what really soured the experience. Wasn’t my first time with him but never had this problem before. I’m not asking for perfection, but if a customer points out an issue, at least try to fix it instead of arguing. Won’t be back. Definitely ain’t sending that $5 Show more
