After more than six months of managing all the work of my STR, I finally realized I needed help. On the recommendation of my neighbor who has a simila...r rental in his home and has worked with OldandNew Cleaning for many years, I reached out to Ashley for her — and i couldn’t be happier. From the moment of first contact and our initial walkthrough of the space— right up to this second cleaning service— she has been wonderful to work with. She is every bit as thoroughly as one would hope, and even finds things to clean I may have missed. Communication is key, as Ashley says, so as long as you’re willing to tell her your priorities, you will be in stellar hands. If the success of your STR relies heavily on 5-star guest reviews for having a spotless space, then OldandNew Cleaning is for you. Reliable, flexible, communicative, and knows exactly what STR guests expect in today’s market, Ashley and her team will not let you down. I've had a business and working relationship with old and new cleaning since 2015. I found them to be responsive, reliable, available on short notice,... available in emergencies and available to go above and beyond when asked. Ashley has bailed me up a few times by covering last minute stuff. They do good work and their rates are reasonable.
