Change the appointment time and the was running late to the appointment. Never got to see I went with another barber in the shop.

Yes, the appointment times you request is not your appointment time until it’s accepted by management so when your time got changed, it was the available space for TheBarber in question. Booksy does not notify us but through email and you accepted the new time right before showing up which that time was not available anymore.
