Yes, the appointment times you request is not your appointment time until it’s accepted by management so when your time got changed, it was the available space for TheBarber in question. Booksy does not notify us but through email and you accepted the new time right before showing up which that time was not available anymore.

As far as the setup of the barbershop the place is nice. But as far as my haircut I had a lot of red flags with this being my first time here. Biggest... issue was the inconsistencies in my haircut. My beard was botched as far as the shape and my mustache was ruined. My haircut was solid except for the crooked hairline and the fact that my taper wasn’t identical on both sides. And the kicker on all this was the fact that my haircut took 2 hours just to still be ruined. I’ll also point out the fact that I kept being wiped down with a towel that was probably being used for everything. Several red flags from Jerry and I won’t be coming here again if he is the one cutting my hair. Show more
