First appointment back in December, she moved my appointment time causing me to miss another appointment later that day. I reached out to get my depos...it back because no matter what, the stylist was at fault here. She denied me my deposit stating “I’m not giving you your money back but you can reschedule “….? Basically I have to book with her again to get my money worth. I booked again December 29th, and she did complete the service and I was satisfied enough with it to book again for today January 11th. Second screenshot is me confirming not once but twice a week prior and two days prior asking if we are still on schedule for my hair apt. I do that to every stylist in Houston because they’re very inconsistent. She responded back with yes. Today, January 11th, the day my appointment is supposed to be on @6:45pm , my appointment was canceled at 2:00pm. No text/call stating why. I reached out to see if it was an emergency or anything. The phone is now disconnected. Very unprofessional. Show more

Horrible!!!!! It was my sons bday party. I changed my appointment from 11am to 10am. I have texts showing where she stated that she opened at 10am and... she would be here because she opened at 10. She never showed. I told her that if she could not make it by 11am, an entire hour later that I needed to cancel because I had somewhere to go. She texted at 10:40, stating that she was with another client, which I new was a lie due to our text conversation. Then she proceeds to tell me that she has a no cancellation policy. Well, how does that stand if you are the one that did not show. She refused to refund me although she was the no show. DO NOT USE HER! She is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t know how to properly run a business. Get your hair done by someone else that will actually get the job done and knows how to be on time and take care of their clients. VERY BAD!!! Show more

I understand you’re upset but ma’am making false statements under reviews will not help the situation. You signed my policy regarding my Business rules. And yes, we have a NO refund policy (there’s no such thing as a no cancellation policy). Your appointment was for 11 AM (you never changed it through the booking app) I was with a client prior to you and informed you I will be running late. You asked to cancel, and I recommended to reschedule because of my NO refund policy. You started being belligerent and disrespectful, and I have the legal right as a Business Owner to refuse service, so I canceled your appointment. This review is false, it’s under a FINISHED booking from 09/30/2023. Today is 10/21/2023. Have a great day ma’am 😊
