am מאוד disappointed with my experience. I had an ultrasound on May 15, 2026, and paid extra for a “Real View” photo add-on, which I was told would be... delivered via email within 3–5 days. That never happened. After following up, I received a call apologizing and was told it would instead take 7–10 days. I was then assured I would receive the photos by the following week. As of June 1 (over two weeks later), I still have not received anything. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is unacceptable, especially for a paid service. In addition, not all of the photos taken during the session were of good quality, which was disappointing given the cost and expectations set. Overall, the communication has been poor, the timelines have not been honored, and the service has not delivered what was promised. I would not recommend paying for add-ons here based on this experience.

While the images are processed by a third-party company, we understand that you purchased the service through us, and it’s ultimately our responsibility to ensure you receive what was promised. The delay you experienced is not typical. We were informed that the company experienced a significant increase in volume around Mother’s Day, which unfortunately impacted turnaround times. However, we understand that this does not change the expectations that were set for you, and I apologize that we did not meet them. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are actively evaluating our options to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
