I do not like the gel she used to retwist my locs they started to unravel the second day.. she retwisted with my hair dry which she only damped one se...ction of my locs so my locs didn’t set correctly. Just feel like it was rushed. Also, my appointment was at 3:30 but originally 2:30 because she tells me last minute about a client she let ahead of me.. she was still doing that client hair when I got there which still took another hour to get the client done.. This is not a trusted client as she got up without paying for her style. She also deleted her first comment stating that I did a good job. Booksy allowed you to book an appointment time that was not available. Although I was late starting on you, I compensated you, and gave you a discount which we already discussed. My morning client appointment was booked in advance, as you booked your appointment the night before. Thank you though for your feedback :).
