Very unprofessional, did not call, answer my call or text to cancel my appointment. I came 10 minutes early for my appointment and stayed 30 minutes ...after my appointment time. Wasted my time and gas! Show more

Snow is amazing! I have lived in California for over ten years and I have been to several stylists. I have never left a stylist’s chair “camera read...y”. I didn’t have to go home and “doctor” things up, my hair is absolutely beautiful! You could tell that she was very knowledgeable as she explained to me everything she did to my hair as well as every product she used on my hair. She told me how to properly upkeep my hair in between visits (nobody does that anymore) and did I mention she shampoos ???????? I was not there all day and the best part is SHE IS ONE MILE FROM MY HOUSE! I’m a lifelong customer!! Show more

I really enjoyed getting my hair done with Snow. She let me know before hand what she was using and why . I appreciated the fact that as a first time ...client she was timely and orderly , specially with me having a 6am appointment . Snow let me know what I needed for my hair , and again being a new client I was nervous when she said that I needed a trim , because I know some stylist just be scissor happy ! She assured me that she would just trim my hair to give it a healthy start and we could continue to trim as my hair grows out and eventually with proper maintenance and trims as needed my hair will be all one length . I am super happy with the care she give to my hair and now I am a regular ! Here are the before and afters. My hair was done 7/15/23 Show more
