The red flags were there from before i sat in this young lady's chair. 1st she changed my appointment day and time, then showed up almost 2 hours late... to the appointment. She completely changed my style; I paid for medium to small knotless braids and she did large regular braids instead. She claims that because of my hair texture (4c) that regular braids would look better, i obliged and I specifically asked her to braid the front and top a bit smaller and she did not. I have reached out to her several times and she either does not answer or is very rude in her response back to me, mind you even after she did a shitty job on my hair i still tipped her. In her own words i will take my business elsewhere. Believe me you will lose out on more than what you took from me! Bet on that! Show more
