I'm not sure what this means. Normal? So the children's haircuts were fine but you gave me a one star? That doesn't make sense. Your husband showed me one picture of someone who had completely different hair from your son's. We had a great time together, and your husband didn't say anything about the haircuts while he had a chance. You have to understand how much a one-star impacts business ratings. Please dont give any business one star unless you're going to have an actual reason.
