This dude so unprofessional, all 3 times I’ve been to his house with ( appointment ) he’s either not there, running late, or has someone sitting on th...e chair when it’s your turn because you have an appointment at a set time. Left and went somewhere else definitely will not be coming back. If I could give 0 stars I’d give 0.

Yet another customer that doesnt understand timing. There are so many things that can get in the way of punctuality. Weather plays a role, traffic plays a role, someone being late to their appointment can ruin my whole schedule. You cant even make an appointment at a doctors office without having to wait in the lobby for a half hour. Customers need to learn that its impossible to keep everyone happy and I refuse to rush through anyone's service just because someone decides to make an appointment an hour before showing up. Unfortunately for me and everyone else, this app doesnt even give reminders for appointments. THANK YOU for trying ruin my entire operation. One day if you ever run a business, you'll learn how difficult it is to keep up with everyone and everything. God bless you. 🙏

I gave this barber numerous chances, and unfortunately the experience with scheduling never improved. Every visit involved waiting well past my schedu...led appointment time. During today’s visit I waited 35 minutes with no communication or update and eventually had to leave without even getting a haircut. To be fair, he does a fantastic job when he finally gets to you, but consistently running late without acknowledging clients’ time is frustrating and unprofessional.

This isn't a common problem at all. I appreciate the latter compliment.🙏 Theres always a few customers out of hundreds that businesses have bad luck with. I've Always communicated any issue with you or any other customer. I hope you understand, as I told you before through text, that recently I was out of the country and my phone wasn't working.
