I’ve been coming to this place for a while, but unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. Over the last two months, I’ve had two bad experiences her...e. Both times, I had an appointment but ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes before being seen. The place is overcrowded, and it seems like they’re trying to squeeze in too many clients at once. When I finally got in the chair, the haircut felt rushed and lacked the attention to detail this place was once known for. It’s disappointing to see the quality of service decline like this. If you’re looking for a smooth and timely experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Show more
