The customer care starts immediately at the door wi...th a friendly welcome and a offer for coffee or water. Keven makes you feel completely at ease and delivers a quality haircut every time. To top it off, the service includes a super relaxing shoulder massage, a warm hot towel treatment, and a refreshing hair wash. It was hands down a 10/10 experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
